Cancellation policy

Cancellations

All orders placed with Peg City Toys are final and non-cancellable once submitted. We do not accept cancellation requests for any orders, including preorders and mixed orders containing both in-stock and preorder items.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• In-stock items will be held and shipped together with any preorder items in the same order, unless otherwise arranged.
• Preorder items are sold in advance of availability and will be fulfilled when stock arrives.
• No cancellations, order modifications, or refunds will be issued outside of the circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
