EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This right applies to all standard orders.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at pegcitytoys@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You will need to clearly state your intention to withdraw from the contract. Once your request is accepted, you must return the item in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to your original payment method.

Canadian & US Customers — All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error with your order or your item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at pegcitytoys@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not eligible for a refund of original shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee, plus any return shipping costs incurred by Peg City Toys, will be deducted from any product refund.
