Shipping policy
We will make every attempt to ship your item within 48 hours. Sometimes life gets in the way and we will contact you if there will be a delay.
From time to time, our inventory is a little out of whack. If you have ordered an item that we do not currently have, we will contact you and give you options (if available). Although we strive to have our website up to date, these things happen and we will try our best to make it right, since we know the disappointment of not receiving the item(s) you were expecting.
Product Condition
Peg City Toys does not sell Mint or Mint-on-Card (MOC) guaranteed items. While we take every precaution to carefully pack and protect your order, action figures and collectibles are retail products and may have minor box wear from storage, transit, or manufacturer handling. If pristine packaging is essential to your collection, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our priority is getting your figure to you safely and in the best possible condition.
Free Shipping Conditions
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on eligible orders. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum order subtotal of $175.00 CAD (after discounts and before taxes)
- Available for shipping within Canada only
- Applies to one-time purchases only (excludes subscriptions)
- Only applies to shipping rates under $50.00 — oversized or remote delivery surcharges may not qualify
- Shipper reserves the right to use the cheapest shipping option regardless of what was chosen
- Free shipping does not combine with 15 or 20% spin wheel coupons
- free shipping from the spin wheel requires a minimum $50 purchase
Cross-Border Shipping (US & International Orders)
Duties are prepaid on eligible cross-border orders — what you see at checkout is what you pay. However, some destinations may be subject to additional local taxes, import fees, or customs charges beyond our control. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Peg City Toys is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
