SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Peg City Toys Ltd. (“Peg City”). Peg City
appreciates your business and will process and ship and, if you are not satisfied with your order, will process returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once you place your order, Peg City will send you a confirmation email with details about your order and begin processing your order. You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours, provided that your order has not already been processed. Your order will typically be processed within 48 hours Peg City appreciates your patience as your order is processed. Please note that Peg City does not process orders on weekends or holidays. In addition, if there is a significant volume of orders, processing your order may be slightly delayed. Peg City will let you know if there will be any significant delays with your order. Once your order has been processed, Peg City will let you know that your order is ready for shipment and send you another confirmation email with details about your shipment. If you have an account with Peg City, you may log into your account for further details on your order.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER WITHIN CANADA
If your order is being delivered in Canada, Peg City will ship your order through Canada Post using their regular service.
You may order from and Peg City will ship to almost all Canadian locations where
Canada Post delivers.
For all orders, the cost of shipping will be based on the size and weight of the items in your order and shall be determined upon check out.
Every attempt will be made to ship multiple items together but Peg City provides no guarantee.
Please note that shipping will be impacted by Peg City’s ability to ship your order to you – for example, Canada Post may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations, or may place restrictions on the shipping of certain items. Peg City will let you know if additional restrictions or delays impact your order.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Peg City is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at customs in any country. Any duties or tariffs that may apply are your responsibility. The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s customs office to verify that your items can clear customs.
TAXES
Peg City is not responsible for any taxes that may be applied to your order.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Peg City is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please keep your shipping materials and damaged goods and contact Peg City as soon as possible in order to file a claim with Canada Post.
RETURNS
Peg City provides no guarantee on the quality or condition of any of the items and all items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. However, if you have been sent the wrong item, Peg City will exchange the item (when possible) or provide you with a refund pursuant to this refund policy.
Unopened items in the original packaging and in resaleable condition may be returned with proof of purchase within 15 days of your delivery date.
If your order was shipped and the item is incorrect or defective, the cost of shipping will also be refunded. Otherwise, original shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately some items simply cannot be returned for health and safety or other
reasons and Peg City reserves the right to limit or refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Please pack and seal your return securely using the original packaging to avoid damage. Please include your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) with your return shipment. You can then drop the return off at your nearest postal outlet and keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
REFUNDS
Once Peg City receives your return, your order will be inspected to determine whether a refund can be issued.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment. The processing time will depend on your payment method and, if applicable, your card issuer’s policies.
A return shipping fee to be determined upon return will be deducted from your refund.
